Receive 2% Cash Back with every on-time rent payment.

Free Positive Credit Reporting

On-time rent payments are reported to the credit bureaus at no cost to residents—empowering property residents to build or improve their credit score. Only positive payments are reported, providing long-term financial benefits.

Savings Match

Save Cash Back for 12 months and receive a match of what you have saved, up to an additional 2% of your rent.

Future Equity Distributions

As communities supported by the Proposition123 Equity program perform over time, renters may receive annual equity distributions. These distributions will begin after the fund has grown over several years.

How CASH BACK is DELIVERED

The State of Colorado partners with Stake, The Renter Network, to deliver Cash Back to a digital wallet. The Rent Match, Savings Match, Equity Match, and additional Cash Back are delivered by Stake and can be saved, transferred to 13,000 banking and financial institutions, or used to unlock deals for renters in the Stake Network.
